Breakfast bay knockout!
This breakfast bay was to be demolished for
additional space, and to create a doorway to
access a new two-story addition we built on
this home. The former pantry was also
removed and replaced with a wetbar and

This basement area was being used as a
makeshift workout area. The ductwork,
furnace
and concrete foundation were exposed, and the
